Monday was the day of two launches in the morning = both were remake films. Ondh Chande Kodi is 2010 ‘Best of Luck’ Malayalam remake and the other one ‘Endendu Ninagaagi’ is a remake of 2011 Tamil film ‘Engeyum Eppothum’ remake.

‘Ondh Chance Kodi’ is produced by RM Sunil Kumar in the direction of Sathya Mithra. Ravishanker Gowda, Patre Ajith, Dr Nandini and Reethu are in lead roles with top actress Shruthi and BC Patil in guest roles.

It is in this film as cook Shruthi is playing the role of four top heroine’s shades – Arathi, Bharathi, Manjula and self.

Sathya Mithra has roped in comedy artists like MS Umesh, Dingri Nagaraj, Manadip Rai, Mohan Juneja, Krishna, Bank Janardhan and others. He is not making major changes. Shooting for the film in Chickmagalur, Goa and Vynadu. One of the Kannada language and culture based song is lent by Roopa Iyer for this film. Sathya Mithra made a few television films of literary personalities in the past.

It is a pure entertainment cinema and comedy is easy for me to perform. It happens inside the house. I wish to make a film and push up Ajith for hero’s role. Ajith narrated his role and how he is put on wrong track by Ravishanker character.

For laugh in the film my portion comes and it takes a turn too. As a cook I am film fan and control the family she informed.
